Women That Rock

Women That Rock is another organization that deals solely with women that are involved in rock climbing, and it is a grass-roots, non-profit entity that promotes the involvement of women in climbing, and they offer high-quality, multi-day and fun climbing workshops for women of all different backgrounds and experience levels, of which are taught by professional women guides.

It is in fact the very first ‘women teaching women’ climbing workshop in the United States since the year 1990, and over that time they have helped many women become enthusiastic and skilled rock climbers. Women who connect at their workshops have built a vibrant and strongly supportive community, and they more than welcome new members.

Very few people recognize and realize that there are a number of different options for women involved with rock climbing. Most women really do not have a clue as to just how many opportunities are available for them in terms of this sport.
